Abstract

The biscuit is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000-1500 parts of low-gluten flour, 20-30 parts of cashew kernel, 20-30 parts of pokok pecan kernel, 8-12 parts of hawk tea, 30-45 parts of rose hip, 50-75 parts of cucumber, 10-15 parts of Chinese chestnut leaves, 10-15 parts of chicken's gizzard-membrane, 10-15 parts of poria cocos, 2-3 parts of momordica glycosides, 10-15 parts of baking powder, 10-15 parts of concentrated fish oil and 100-150 parts of vegetable oil. The momordica glycosides which are high in sweetness and heat-free replace white sugar, so that the finished biscuit does not influence the blood glucose and can prevent decayed teeth; and due to the addition of multiple raw materials with the effects of supplementing brainpower and strengthening brain, the finished biscuit is high in nutrition and health care values, safe, green, additive-free and suitable for being safely eaten by all kinds of people and has the effects of invigorating stomach, helping digestion and lubricating the intestines.
