Abstract

本发明公开了一种电池模拟电路,包括直流稳压电源和钳位电路,所述钳位电路包括一个钳位二极管、一个电压比较器和电流吸收电路,钳位二极管的正极连接直流稳压电源输出,钳位二极管的负极连接被测试电路;所述电流吸收电路是一个可控开关电路,可控开关电路接在被测试电路和电源负极之间,可控开关电路的开关控制端连接电压比较器输出;所述直流稳压电源为可多路选择输出电源,在所述被测试电路和可多路选择输出电源之间设置有自动识别切换电路。本发明采用自动识别切换电路实现对外接设备的自动匹配,不用对设备一一进行设置,适合生产中对批量设备的监测,简化生产工艺,提高检验效率。
The invention discloses a battery analog circuit, which comprises a DC voltage-stabilized power supply and a clamping circuit, wherein the clamping circuit comprises a clamping diode, a voltage comparator and a current absorption circuit, a positive electrode of the clamping diode is connected with an output of the DC voltage-stabilized power supply, and a negative electrode of the clamping diode is connected with a tested circuit; the current absorption circuit is a controllable switching circuit which is connected between the tested circuit and a negative electrode of the power supply, and a switching control end of the controllable switching circuit is connected with an output of the voltage comparator; and the DC voltage-stabilized power supply is a multi-path selectable output power supply, and an automatic recognition switching circuit is arranged between the tested circuit and the multi-path selectable output power supply. The battery analog circuit adopts the automatic recognition switching circuit for realizing automatic matching of externally-connected equipment without setting the equipment one by one, is suitable for monitoring batched equipment in production, simplifies production process, and increases inspection efficiency.
