Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method for preparing stamen and pistil tea from stamens and pistils of peonies for oil pressing. The processing method for preparing the stamen and pistil tea from the stamens and the pistils of the peonies for the oil pressing comprises the following steps: collecting mature peonies for the oil pressing, preliminarily removing petals, taking the stamens and the pistils, then cleaning and disinfecting the stamens and the pistils, moreover, pre-cooling the cleaned and disinfected stamens and pistils at a low temperature, then stir-frying and drying the pre-cooled stamens and pistils, and finally obtaining the stamen and pistil tea. The processing method for preparing the stamen and pistil tea from the stamens and the pistils of the peonies for the oil pressing has the beneficial effects that the stamen and pistil tea of the peonies for the oil pressing, which is produced by adopting the method, can sufficiently retain nutrient substances in the stamens and the pistils; the utilization rate of the peonies for the oil pressing is improved; the improvement on additional output values of the peonies for the oil pressing is guaranteed; the waste of the stamens and the pistils of the peonies for the oil pressing is avoided.
一种利用油用牡丹花蕊制备花蕊茶的加工方法,步骤如下:收集成熟的油用牡丹,初步去花瓣,取花蕊后清洗消毒,并且低温预冷后,炒制烘干,即可。本发明的有益效果是:采用本方法生产的油用牡丹花蕊茶,能够充分保留花蕊内的营养物质,提高了油用牡丹的利用率,保证了油用牡丹的附加产值的提高,避免了油用牡丹的花蕊浪费。
