Modified defatted soybean meal is used as an adhesive, and the modified defatted soybean meal has a cohesive action among fibers and is used as plant fibers to improve elongation at break and stretch resistance of the nonwoven, and the modified defatted soybean meal acts with cellulose pulp, to form a compact three-dimensional network structure. The structure has relatively good water insulation performance. The nonwoven wallpaper base paper is excellent in antistatic performance and anti-ultraviolet performance. The nonwoven wallpaper base paper is high in strength and good in flame retardant property, and is not easily affected with damp, and functional finishing in need can be performed.
