Abstract

The invention discloses a flame retardant anion meltblown nonwoven wallpaper base paper. Nano-silica is organically modified and is combined in tourmaline powders, after activation and modification, the tourmaline powders are added into a raw material, so as to improve finer average fineness, make a web structure sparse, increase average pore size, and increase permeability. Modified defatted soybean meal is used as an adhesive, and the modified defatted soybean meal has a cohesive action among fibers and is used as plant fibers to improve elongation at break and stretch resistance of the nonwoven, and the modified defatted soybean meal acts with cellulose pulp, to form a compact three-dimensional network structure. The structure has relatively good water insulation performance. The nonwoven wallpaper base paper is excellent in antistatic performance and anti-ultraviolet performance. The nonwoven wallpaper base paper is high in strength and good in flame retardant property, and is not easily affected with damp, and functional finishing in need can be performed.
本发明公开了一种阻燃型负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸,将纳米二氧化硅有机改性后复合到电气石粉中,活化改性后添加到原料中,可提高纤维平均细度,纤网结构稀疏,平均孔径增加,透气性变大;同时以改性脱脂大豆粕作为粘接剂,既起到纤维间的粘结作用又可作为植物纤维改善了非织造布的断裂伸长率和抗拉伸性能,再将其与纤维素浆反应,形成致密的三维网状结构,具有较强的隔水性能,利用本发明制得的非织造布墙纸基纸抗静电、抗紫外线性能优,具有强度高阻燃性能好,且不易受潮可进行有需要的功能整理。
