Abstract

The invention discloses a vibration reduction reinforcing method for a large-sized LCD (liquid crystal display). Step-by-step attenuation of vibration and impact is realized through adoption of multiple layers of full-lamination optical substrates in front of the large-sized LCD and flexible connection of a large-sized liquid crystal display assembly and a structural front casing; a flexible connection structure adopts a combined structure comprising the structural front casing, a conductive buffer layer and the liquid crystal display assembly from top to bottom, or adopts a combined structure comprising a structural front outer casing, a buffer bag, a structural front inner casing, the conductive buffer layer and the liquid crystal display assembly. The display quality and environmental reliability of a large-sized liquid crystal display module in a strong vibration environment can be improved, the fault rate caused by vibration and impact can be reduced, and the requirements for lightness and thinness of the liquid crystal display module are met.
一种大尺寸液晶显示屏的减振加固方法,通过对大尺寸液晶显示屏的屏前多层全贴合光学基板以及大尺寸液晶显示组件与结构前壳的柔性连接实现振动冲击的逐级衰减,柔性连接结构自上而下分为结构前壳、导电缓冲层和液晶显示组件的组合结构,或结构外前壳、缓冲囊、结构内前壳、导电缓冲层以及液晶显示组件的组合结构。本发明不仅能够提高大尺寸液晶显示模块在强振动环境下的显示质量和环境可靠性,减少振动冲击的故障发生率,还满足了液晶显示模块轻薄化的要求。
