Abstract

本发明公开了一种将土培花卉转为水培花卉的根系驯化方法,该方法包括:将土培花卉成品植株根系上的残留冲洗干净;修剪根系,对创面作消毒修复;消毒修复后,将植株定植到驯化液中,对驯化液作充氧处理,进行诱根培养;待水生根长至2~3cm后,将驯化液替换为营养液;待水生根长至5~8cm后,逐渐降低营养液中的氧气浓度最终将植株转移到静水养殖环境中,完成驯化。本发明在洗根时不需刻意保护原根系,洗根后还需修根,以驯化出具备通气组织的水生根;先作充氧处理再逐渐降低氧气浓度,以便根系从高氧环境逐步适应低氧环境、静水环境,保持良好的生长状态。既大大降低了充氧量、节约驯化成本,又防止转移到静水环境后水培花卉出现不适。
The invention discloses a root system domestication method for converting water planting flowers into soil planting flowers. The method comprises following steps: washing the residual on root system of soil planting flower finished products; trimming the root system and disinfecting and restoring the wound surface; after the disinfection and restoration, fixed planting the plant in a domestication liquid and filling oxygen to the domestication liquid for root inducing cultivation; after water root grows to 2 to 3 cm, replacing the domestication liquid with nutrient solution; after the water root grows to 5 to 8 cm, gradually reducing the oxygen concentration in the nutrient solution and finally transferring the plant into still water aquiculture environment, thus domestication is finished. According to the method, the root system is not protected deliberately during root washing because root restoration is required after root washing for domesticating water root with aerating tissues; oxygen is first charged and then the oxygen concentration is reduced gradually so that the root system in high oxygen concentration environment gets adapted to low oxygen concentration environment and sill water environment, and well growth state is kept. Oxygen charging amount is greatly reduced so that domestication cost is saved, and indisposition of flowers after transferred to still water environment is prevented.
